ChowNow Portal How-To: Ordering Online Instructions
Ordering Pickup Online (City National Plaza)
- Visit the ChowNow desktop portal or text ‘BLUELADDER’ to 33733 on your mobile device to receive a link via SMS to order.
Note: You will be unable to reach the ChowNow site while on Signal wi-fi. It is accessible from a computer on the corporate network or via your personal device’s data plan.
-Pickup is available Monday through Thursday for lunch orders at City National Plaza. - Available menu items can be viewed under “Categories.” Once items are selected and you’ve added them to your order, select “PICKUP” with the toggle on the righthand side of your screen.
-Select the correct date and time for pickup.
-Want to leave special instructions? At the bottom of each menu item there is a “Notes” section. - Once you have made all your selections, select Checkout. Enter your Customer and Credit Card Information, then submit your order. Information can be saved for easier check out on your next visit.
- You will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully submitted your order.
- Pickup orders will be located on the tables next to the Blue Ladder Cafe’s cash register on the 13th floor at City National Plaza. All orders will be labeled for easy, contactless pick-up.
Ordering Delivery Online (2CAL Only)
Follow the instructions below to order delivery to 2CAL from Blue Ladder Café via the ChowNow Portal:
- Visit the ChowNow desktop portal or text ‘BLUELADDER’ to 33733 on your mobile device to receive a link via SMS to order.
Note: You will be unable to reach the ChowNow site while on Signal wi-fi. It is accessible from a computer on the corporate network or via your personal device’s data plan.
-Delivery is available Monday through Thursday for lunch orders to 2CAL only. - Available menu items can be viewed under “Categories > 350 S Grand Ave Delivery”. Colleagues should make their lunch selections for that day between 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PT for same-day delivery.
- Once items are selected and you’ve added them to your order, select “DELIVERY” with the toggle on the righthand side of your screen.
-Select the correct date for delivery (same day only). No need to select a specific time, as all deliveries are made around 12:00 p.m. PT.
-Enter the address for delivery: Two California Plaza, 350 Grand Lower and enter your floor number.
-Want to leave special instructions? At the bottom of each menu item there is a “Notes” section. - Once you have made all your selections, select Checkout. Enter your Customer and Credit Card Information, then submit your order. Information can be saved for easier check out on your next visit.
- You will receive an email confirmation once you have successfully submitted your order.
- Meals will be freshly prepared at Blue Ladder Café and delivered to your floor’s kitchenette area for pickup around 12:00 p.m. PT. All orders will be labeled for easy, contactless pick-up.
